Mystery Toy Box Info Items in Fluffy's Toy Box mystery toy boxes are randomly selected. Returns will not be accepted simply because you dislike the random style or receive a duplicate item.
2. Return Window Unopened products can be returned within 30 days after delivery. We may not process return requests submitted after this period.
3. Return Requirements Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging. Please email us first to request a return. Packages sent back without prior approval may be refused.
Non‑returnable Cases
- Opened, used or washed toys
- Damage caused by your pet’s chewing or scratching
- Missing original packaging, accessories or free gifts
- Dislike of the random style or duplicate items
- Returns requested after the return window
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items Please contact us within 48 hours upon delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will resend, exchange or refund your order at our shipping cost.
Refund Process After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to show up in your account. Original shipping fees are subject to review. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility for returns due to personal preference.
