1. What exactly is inside the Mystery Box?
Each box includes 4 Mystery Scoops filled with 12 to 16 high-value toys. Every box is guaranteed to have a mix of premium items, including larger toys, interactive toys, and durable chew/plush toys. We never use cheap, tiny fillers to pad the box!
2. Do you really provide a free unboxing video?
Yes! Unlike other sellers who charge extra, we film a 100% FREE unboxing video for every single order before it ships. We'll send the video to you or your email so you can see exactly what your furry friend is getting. No surprises (unless you want them!).
3. Are these toys safe for my pets?
Absolutely. We only include high-quality, pet-safe toys that we would give to our own cats and dogs.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard US delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. (You can track your order via the link sent to your email).
5. Can I choose specific toys?
Our boxes are randomly assembled to bring the thrill of a mystery scoop! However, if you select the "Cat & Dog Bundle," we ensure an equal balance of fun for both.
6. What if my pet doesn't like the toys?
